Product Return & Reaction Policy
At Luminosity Skin Therapy, all skincare products and skin care tools, are professionally selected with your individual needs in mind. Due to the nature of skincare and hygienic considerations, all product sales are final and non-refundable.
All products are hermetically sealed to preserve quality, ensure safety, and maintain product integrity.
Reactions & Waiver of Liability
Clients are responsible for notifying Luminosity Skin Therapy within 24 hours of any adverse skin reaction following use of a purchased product. Notification must include clear communication and photographs of the affected area, sent via email or text.
By purchasing and using any product, the client acknowledges that:
• They have disclosed any known sensitivities or allergies prior to the facial.
• Skincare reactions may occur due to a combination of products used outside of Luminosity Skin Therapy’s recommendation.
• Luminosity Skin Therapy is not responsible for reactions caused by other products used in combination, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to safety and sanitary standards, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Unopened, sealed products may be considered for clients that have never received a facial from Luminosity Skin Therapy at the owner’s discretion, but only within 3 days of purchase.
By accepting services or purchasing products, clients agree to this policy and waive the right to dispute product performance unless formally documented within the timeframes stated above.
Cancellation policy
Please give 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation policy charge. It will be no refund for appointment charges after client confirmation.
